AC Milan Loses $100 Million And Is In Dire Need Of Investment

Things have gone from bad to worse for AC Milan. The Rossoneri lost $100 million during the 2014-15 season, or a quarter of the combined $398 million lost by the 20 Serie A teams, it was reported yesterday.
For AC Milan, controlled by Silvio Berlusconi, last year’s huge loss paints a particularly dire picture. The team ended 2014 with a net loss of $102 million, so with a second consecutive season of $100 million losses, over the last 11 years (2005-2015) the club has accumulated net losses of $504 million. The Rossoneri badly need an infusion of cash for a new stadium and to fund a competitive team.
But for AC Milan fans the prospects are not good, despite Berlusconi’s recent statement that guarantee his team will be in the Champions League final within five years.
To begin with, there will be no Champions League money for AC Milan this year, and probably not next year, given the team is currently in sixth place, despite the fact that this season the Rossoneri are paying $113 million in salaries, the third- highest Serie A payroll behind Juventus and Roma.
Now AC Milan’s financial problems may have Italy’s former Prime Minister looking to sell the furniture. Striker Luiz Adriano is reportedly for sale. Meanwhile, to quell its supporter’s fears that its most promising players are on their way out, the Rossoneri has had to publicly disclaim it is interesting in dumping striker Carlos Bacca, whom English powerhouse Chelsea is interested in obtaining, and AC Milan general manager Adriano Galliani recently ruled out the sale of 17-year-old goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma, amid reports of interest from Barcelona, Manchester United and Liverpool.

But how will AC Milan field a competitive team?
Berlusconi’s sale of roughly half of AC Milan to Thai financier BeeBee Taechaubol was suppose to give the soccer team, “deep pockets” but turned into a debacle. Now Berlusconi is pursuing Chinese investors. But with so much time wasted dealing with Taechaubol, Berlusconi is now dealing from a position of weakness, meaning the value of the team is falling.

Opinion: Is this the end of the West as we know it?

  On Washington Post

Back in the 1950s, when the institutions were still new and shaky, I’m sure many people feared the Western alliance might never take off. Perhaps in the 1970s, the era of the Red Brigades and Vietnam, many more feared that the West would not survive. But in my adult life, I cannot remember a moment as dramatic as this: Right now, we are two or three bad elections away from the end of NATO, the end of the European Union and maybe the end of the liberal world order as we know it.
In the United States, we are faced with the real possibility of Republican Party presidential nominee Donald Trump, which means we have to take seriously the possibility of a President Trump. Hillary Clinton’s campaign might implode for any number of reasons, too obvious to rehash here; elections are funny things, and electorates are fickle. That means that next January we could have, in the White House, a man who is totally uninterested in what presidents Obama, Bush, Clinton, Reagan — as well as Johnson, Nixon and Truman — would all have called “our shared values.”
Anne Applebaum writes a biweekly foreign affairs column for The Washington Post. She is also the Director of the Global Transitions Program at the Legatum Institute in London.
Trump has advocated torture, mass deportation, religious discrimination. He brags that he “would not care that much” whether Ukraine were admitted to NATO; he has no interest in NATO and its security guarantees. Of Europe, he has written that “their conflicts are not worth American lives. Pulling back from Europe would save this country millions of dollars annually.” In any case, he prefers the company of dictators to that of other democrats. “You can make deals with those people,” he said of Russia. “I would have a great relationship with [Vladimir] Putin.”
Not only is Trump uninterested in America’s alliances, he would be incapable of sustaining them. In practice, both military and economic unions require not the skills of a shady property magnate who “makes deals” but boring negotiations, unsatisfying compromises and, sometimes, the sacrifice of one’s own national preferences for the greater good. In an era when foreign policy debate has in most Western countries disappeared altogether, replaced by the reality TV of political entertainment, all of these things are much harder to explain and justify to a public that isn’t remotely interested.
And Americans aren’t the only ones who find their alliances burdensome. A year from now, France also holds a presidential election. One of the front-runners, Marine Le Pen of the National Front, has promised to leave both NATO and the E.U. , to nationalize French companies and to restrict foreign investors. Like Trump, she foresees a special relationship with Russia, whose banks are funding her election campaign. French friends assure me that if she makes it to the final round, the center-left and center-right will band together, as they did two decades ago against her father. But elections are funny things, and electorates are fickle. What if Le Pen’s opponent suddenly falls victim to a scandal? What if another Islamic State attack jolts Paris?
By the time that happens, Britain may also be halfway out the door. In June, the British vote in a referendum to leave the E.U. Right now, the vote is too close to call — and if the “leave” vote prevails, then, as I’ve written, all bets are off. Copycat referendums may follow in other E.U. countries too. Viktor Orban, the Hungarian prime minister, sometimes speaks of leaving the West in favor of a strategic alliance with Istanbul or Moscow.
It’s not hard at all to imagine a Britain unmoored from Europe drifting away from the transatlantic alliance as well. If the economic turmoil that could follow a British exit from the E.U. were sufficiently severe, perhaps the British public would vote out its conservative government in favor of the Labour Party, whose leadership is now radically anti-American. Everyone discounts Jeremy Corbyn , the far-left Labour leader, but they also discounted Trump. Corbyn is the only viable alternative if the public wants a change. Elections are funny things, and electorates are fickle.
And then? Without France, Europe’s single market will cease to exist. Without Britain, it’s hard to see how NATO lasts long either. Not everyone will be sorry. As Trump’s appealing rhetoric makes clear, the costs of alliances (“millions of dollars annually”) are easier to see than the longer-term gains.
Western unity, nuclear deterrence and standing armies gave us more than a half century of political stability. Shared economic space helped bring prosperity and freedom to Europe and North America alike. But these are things that we all take for granted, until they are gone.

Ben Carson announces his next act: Convincing Christians to vote

Ben Carson’s presidential campaign, borne out of his Christian faith, has officially ended.
On Friday, he announced his next campaign: to drive Christian voters to the polls to cast their ballots for someone else.
He will be the national chairman of My Faith Votes, a non-profit organization, he said in his address at the Conservative Political Action Conference on Friday afternoon.
“It is my faith that motivated me to be involved in the political process to begin with,” Carson said in a statement provided by the organization. “I believe Christians in this country can easily determine the next president of the United States and all other national and local leaders, should they simply show up at the polls.  When we do vote, We The People will once again solidify our commitment to the Judeo-Christian values upon which our nation was founded.”
In his speech at CPAC, Carson said Friday that a Christian voter who stays home is effectively “voting for the other side.” He spoke of his new effort as an apparent way to increase Republican voter turnout. “I will still continue to be heavily involved in trying to save our nation. We have to save it.”
Johnnie Moore, a spokesman for My Faith Votes, said that the 501(c)(3) organization is non-partisan and non-denominational. “This is not about a candidate, it is about a cause: that people of faith have a moral responsibility to vote, and if they do they also have a disproportionate effect on the election’s outcome,” Moore wrote in an email.
But he said the campaign which Carson will lead will have a particular focus on Christians. The organization, founded several months ago, plans to reach voters through televangelists, YouTube and radio personalities and local preachers. So far, it has recruited mostly evangelical leaders, and it plans to reach out next to Catholic figures, Moore said.
“The majority of evangelicals in this country will vote for whoever the Republican candidate is,” Moore said. But drumming up Republican votes is not the goal, he added.
In a 2015 Pew study, 56 percent of evangelical Protestants said they identified as Republican, more than any other religious group but Mormons. Republicans were more likely to attend religious services of any faith — 44 percent said they attend services weekly, compared to 29 percent of Democrats.
Evangelical voters have boosted candidates in the past — George W. Bush in 2000 and 2004, Mike Huckabee and Rick Santorum in the 2008 and 2012 primaries. But this year, exit polls in most states that have voted so far have shown evangelical voters splitting their votes, especially among Republican candidates Donald Trump, Ted Cruz and Marco Rubio.
A handful of faith leaders have expressed concerns about voting for any candidate at all in a campaign that has descended into mud-slinging.
“If the church practiced evangelism the way we practice politics very often, we would never see a convert. How could you convert somebody to your faith by name-calling, shouting, insulting other faiths or other people?” said Mark DeMoss.
DeMoss, who owns a public relations firm for Christian businesses, advised Mitt Romney’s 2008 and 2012 campaigns. This year, he said he has not donated to any candidate and he would not work for any of the four remaining Republican campaigns even if they invited him.
“It feels like it’s reached new lows of personal insult,” DeMoss said. “I think a lot of Christians wear a Christian hat most of the time, and then put on a political hat and act like they never had a Christian hat.”
If Christian voters are so discouraged by the eventual Republican nominee that they consider sitting out this election altogether, it will be Carson’s new job to urge them to vote.
And if they do flock toward the same candidate, they could sway the election, Moore said. According to a tally by My Faith Votes, 25 million people who identify as Christian were registered to vote, but did not vote, in 2012 — enough to change the outcome of a presidential election if even a large fraction of them were to cast ballots.
DeMoss thinks Carson is suited for the job of prodding a weary flock of faithful voters toward the polls. “He was kind of a bright spot,” DeMoss said. “He never took off his Christian hat.”

Why I ran away from Enugu – Pregnant teenager [PHOTO]

Detectives from Festac Police Station, Lagos state, have disclosed that a teenage girl simply identified as Chidinma who ran away from her family house in Enugu State about five months ago, has been found pregnant in Lagos. The Deputy Police Public Relations Officer, Lagos State Command, ASP Aliyu Giwa, confirming the development on Thursday, said the 18-year-old girl was caught at Diamond bank in Festac Lagos on the 12th of February after five months of frantic search by her anxious parents.
“She was however 3 months pregnant by the time detectives picked her up at a branch of Diamond Bank in Amuwo Odofin,” Giwa revealed.
According to Chidinma, “I would have gone back home, but I was waiting for my dad who offended and made me run away from home, to call me.”
Only her mother was said to have called her and often sent her money, Nollywood.com gathered.
Chidinma said, “My boyfriend is Umar Idris. He is 21 years old. He asked me my age. I didn’t want to tell him my real age, so I lied I was 21.
“I lived with Idris for five months. It was within this period I discovered I was three months pregnant.
“I’m in love with Idris who works as a hair stylist.
“I have strong feelings for Idris. He didn’t treat me bad. He took me to his house, fed me and bought clothes for me. I don’t see my sleeping with him as paying him. I’m ready to marry him. I don’t think my parents will say no to our marriage,” Chidinma said.

Wife bathes husband with hot water, says he denied her sex for 3 weeks [PHOTO]

A 35-year-old housewife, Awele Nwani, in Ibusa, Oshimili South Local Government Area, LGA of Delta State, has allegedly bathed her husband, Frank Nwani, with hot water, on claims that he denied her sex for three weeks.According to Awele, her husband had been having extra marital affairs.
The mother of six who is now on the run had threatened to make life unbearable for her husband, The Punch reports.
The victim, however, dismissed his wife’s claim as untrue, saying his wife had been sleeping around.
Nwani said, “My wife has been sleeping around, hence I stopped sleeping with her for three weeks. It is a taboo in my tribe and she violates the laws.
“All my attempts to stop her illicit affairs outside proved abortive, then I took the decision to starve her of sex.”
The last straw that broke the camel’s back was when the victim returned from a visit to a friend’s house on Thursday during nightfall and in his usual jokes, called his wife a lazy woman, leaving her in wide anger as she fired back to call the husband a wizard.
According to sources, while their quarrel lasted, the woman disguised to have put the quarrel behind her, dashed to the kitchen where she allegedly boiled water.
Unknown to the husband who was relaxing in the sitting room, Awele bathed him with the water and disappeared.
Confirming the incident, police officers at the Ibusa Police Division, who pleaded anonymity, said they were on the trail of the suspect while the victim is receiving treatment in an undisclosed private hospital.
The police also noted that the woman disappeared with the sum of N200, 000 being daily contribution the husband received and kept in her custody.

Graphic pics: The aftermath of Agatu attack: charred corpses, burnt houses and invading herdsmen

Dozens were killed and many houses razed to the ground when suspected Fulani herdsmen attacked villages in Agatu Local Government Area of Benue State last week.  Ikwulono John Anthony visited Agatu on Wednesday, March 2 and revealed the things he saw.

Below is what he wrote along with the photos
"I took the risk and came to Agatu together with the delegation from presidency where we visited Obagaji, Egba, Aila, Adagbo, Okokolo, Akwu, Ugboju, Odugbeho, Odejo.
Entire villages were burnt down completely by fulani herdsmen, unidentified corpses of Agatu were discovered, properties were looted by invaders, as I speak fulani herdsmen are camping in the deserted villages. I couldn't believe what my eyes saw.
Fellow Nigerians, if government did not wade into the Agatu crisis immediately by camping military in the crisis areas, then the hope of an Agatu man or woman is gone.
President Buhari, Governor Ortom, Governor Almakura, You must act now not later. I am weeping for my people as I am reporting from Agatu. Fulanis were seeing with surfiscated weapons, face to face some of them ran but some did not. This is barbaric"

Chidinma and Flavour Adorn Roman robes in new Photo

Chidinma-and-flavour

Following their collaboration on Ololufe, Flavour Nabania and Chidinma Ekile have continuously rubbed a faux-relationship in the face of their fans.
Rocking the roman like robes reminiscent of the way Senators in ancient Roman republics used to dress. They look like a blast from the past.
Although debunking any possibility of a behind-the-scene love tale, the two Nigerian artistes have released yet another picture that’ll have you wondering.
And, they look cute together too, but the picture is believed to be a hint at a new collaboration in the works, shared on both of their instagram pages, we keep expecting what’s to become of this partnership.

Buhari never promised idle youths N5,000 – Labour Minister

Buhari never promised idle youths N5,000 – Labour Minister
Dr Chris Ngige
The minister of Labour and Employment, Dr Chris Ngige, has said that President Muhammadu Buhari never promised to pay idle youths N5000 stipends during the electioneering campaign as being insinuated.
Speaking in Abuja during a courtesy visit to his office by the Nigeria Union of Local Government Employees (NULGE), Ngige said there are conditions to be met before the N5,000 can be accessed.
He said, “The conditional cash transfer of 5000 which every one is shouting about, we did not promise to give it to people who are lying at home, people who have gotten schools certificate or degree and doing noting.
It is rather conditional! And the conditionality is, it is either your are in our skill acquisition centre learning a trade and we pay you N5,000 and some N10,000 or you don’t know how to read and write in which we will take you and give you some community service job to do. Like cutting grass, filling potholes on federal highways, you assist road Marshals and jobs like that.
“Some of these jobs might be under 5, 10, 15 or 20 hours in a week which will also determine the remuneration you will get in a week. So that is the terms for the high tensioned conditional cash transfer.”
He said the administration of President Buhari will be focusing more on blue collar jobs while de-emphasizing white collar jobs.

He said, “This government, the Buhari administration is also introducing new things that will bring palliative at the local government levels because the people are there. At least every one is from one LGA or the other. All the poverty alleviation programmes, all the intervention funds, all the social security programmes targeted for our people will be done at the local government levels. For example in this 2016 budget, this ministry is going to remodel and repackage employment and job creation.
“In this 2016 budget, we have made provision for job centres to be created in states and in every LGA in Nigeria, where people can walk in and register themselves just like they register to vote. And the job centres will help us collect those that will assess our skill acquisition centres, because the era of white collar jobs is gone. The two jobs this government will focus on is blue collar jobs and pink collar jobs. The blue collar are those that will use their hands to work, either in construction companies, mining, farmers etc. The pink are the service providers. We take you into the skill acquisition centres and train you to either be a garment producer, painter, welder and so on and your services will be needed because we are going to certify you that you have come and gotten the required training for these jobs.

“So this people will eventually earn money that the man sitting in the office will not earn. So we want to de-emphasise staying in the office and be wearing ties and air condition waiting for vouchers with which to steal money. So the local governments employees will assist us when we come. All hope is not lost, the local government system will synergise with the labour ministry in that regard.”

She continued, when asked if it’s a choice to wear on a date “Depends on what kind of date you are trying to have,”

Government will now own all Zimbabwe’s diamonds – Mugabe

Government will now own all Zimbabwe’s diamonds – Mugabe

Zimbabwe’s President Robert Mugabe has announced plans for his government to take control of all diamond mining operations in a bid to put an end to alleged rampant swindling linked to the multi-billion dollar gem industry in the poverty-stricken country.
Mugabe’s statement came a week after authorities ordered all private mining companies to halt work and leave the country’s Marange fields, which in 2013 reportedly produced about 13 percent of the world’s diamond supply, saying that their working licenses were not renewed.
“The state will now own all the diamonds in the country,” Mugabe said on Thursday in an interview with state broadcaster ZBC TV.
“Companies that have been mining diamonds have robbed us of our wealth. That is why we have now said the state must have a monopoly,” Mugabe said.

Zimbabwe was the eighth largest diamond producer in the world with 4.7 million carats in 2014, according to industry group Kimberly Process.
The Zimbabwe Herald newspaper cited Mugabe as saying that he suspects at least $13bn in revenue from the country’s diamond industry remains unaccounted for.
“We have not received much from the diamond industry at all,” he said. “Not by way of earnings. I don’t think we have exceeded $2bn or so and yet we think that well over $15bn … have been earned in that area.”
Mugabe said the nationalisation of the industry was necessary to prevent widespread swindling and smuggling by mining companies.
“You can not trust a private company in that area. None at all. We should have learned from the experiences of Botswana, Angola, Namibia,” he added.
During the interview, Mugabe also said his successor must be chosen democratically and that he plans on living to 100.
“Why successor? I am still there. Why do you want a successor? I did not say I was a candidate to retire,” he said
“In a democratic party, you don’t want leaders appointed that way to lead the party. They have to be appointed properly by the people, at a gathering of the people, at a congress.”
Mugabe said he was not behind his wife Grace’s quick rise within ZANU-PF, which has led to reports that she has plans to succeed her husband.
“Others say the president wants to leave the throne for his wife. Where have you ever seen that, even in our own culture, where a wife inherits from her husband?” Mugabe said.

Poor Power Supply: Jonathan Is Sabotaging Buhari Government – Muslim Rights Concern

Poor Power Supply: Jonathan Is Sabotaging Buhari Government - Muslim Rights Concern

The Muslim Rights Concern (MURIC) has put forward a new conspiracy theory concerning what they believe could be behind the recent excessive epileptic power supply in the country.
In an emailed statement to the media entitled SHARP FALL IN POWER OUTPUT: WE SMELL A RAT, and signed by the Group’s director, Prof Ishaq Akintola, MURIC alleges that the recent poor power supply being witnessed and suffered by Nigerians, even as fuel scarcity prevails may be caused by political sabotage being perpetrated by former President Goodluck Jonathan and his allies.
MURIC also advised the FG to turn its spotlight on the Distribution Companies (DISCOS). The recent protests against the planned tariff hike by the NERC which was outlawed by the legislature after series of massive protests by Nigerians across the six regions.
Some social media commentators have criticized supporters of the President due to his failing to get the economy or power sector on track close to one year in office.
One social media critic and supporter of the former President who sought to remain unidentified said, “They are zombies. And their President is the chief Junketer in chief. They are secretly wailing in their homes because they know the economy is almost going to the brink of hell. And trust their 419 change to completely cripple instead of consolidate on the gains of the Jonathan administration.
Another analyst said on Facebook, “APC was clearly not prepard to lead. They keep on blaming Jonathan, but Buhari has been the President since early last year. Hopefully their brains will reset before 2019 so we can find a credible solution to the problems we are facing as a nation.
The press statement from MURIC reads in full:
Nigerians have been experiencing epileptic power supply for some days now. Explaining the cassu belli, the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission (NERC) blamed vandals. The agency announced yesterday that power supply through the national grid which peaked to 5000 megawatts in the past two weeks recently dropped below 2,800 megawatts due to vandalism.
The Muslim Rights Concern (MURIC) is greatly perturbed by this ugly development. It is very sad, bewildering and frustrating. But we will not allow them to intimidate us into submission. Aluta continua.
Poor power supply has been the bane of the Nigerian economy for more than three decades. The implication of this prolonged non-performance is that successive administrations have been long in quest for power but short in service delivery. Apart from corruption, there have always been wide gaps between planning, political will, transparency, implementation, maintenance and sustenance.
This is where we want the Federal Government (FG) to turn its floodlight. Nigerians have seen government’s plan for reform in the power sector. It looks credible and it is already being implemented. Presently there is iron-studded political will as manifested in the pedigree of President Muhammadu Buhari (PMB). Transparency is the middle name of the Buhari administration. But we must not get stuck when it gets to maintenance and sustenance.
NERC has blamed the current drop on vandalism. The vandals are not ghosts. It simply means that something is wrong with the security arrangements. It is like chasing the shadows if we expect communities to protect installations. People must sleep in their homes and vandals will naturally strike when it gets dark and people are resting.
A water-tight security arrangement must therefore be made for power facilities. Apart from the police and the army, NERC can create a security unit to watch its installations throughout the country. This unit can be made up of citizens from the local communities employed for that purpose.
MURIC is however looking beyond the story of vandals. We smell a rat. PMB must take his microscopes and go back into the presidential laboratory to re-examine both the nature and structure of Distribution Companies (DISCOS).
Why did electricity become so constant and so steady in the first, second and third months of Buhari’s emergence as president? Was it not because those in charge were not sure of the actions PMB might take if they played pranks with electricity?
The civilian coup in the Nigerian legislature which was calculated to slow down PMB emboldened the suppliers of electricity or, better still, producers of darkness to the extent that they fell back on plan ‘B’. These agents of darkness may not want PMB to succeed and like those chief executives appointed by former President Jonathan in the twilight of his administration, they may be actively sabotaging his administration.
We remind Nigerians how MURIC raised an alarm when Jonathan started appointing people irrationally even when it was a few days to go. We saw the trap. Jonathan was laying land mines and actively engaging in forward-looking political sabotage.
We advised PMB at the time to ensure that all those so appointed should be summarily sacked as soon as he settled down. We suspected very strongly at the time that the only purpose for such appointments could only be the creation of clogs in the wheel of progress for the next administration. We saw it as callous, selfish and patriotic.
PMB should be commended for retaining them for so long for whatever reason, perhaps out of compassion. He just started sacking them two weeks ago. But he has not touched the producers of darkness. MURIC is hereby insisting that ‘Ghana must go!’ Let there be light!
Fashola must take a second look at the satanic and deceitful statistics presented to him by these agents of darkness planted by Jonathan and separate the wheat from the chaff.
Enough is enough. Is it not time for electricity firms to publish a realistic schedule for the deployment of meters? Nigerians are being blindfolded and made to pay crazy bills through their noses. They don’t see what they pay for. It is sheer infringement of Allah-given fundamental rights of consumers. Tariffs have hit the roof but supply has not only nose-dived, it has hit the ground and still digging in!
No country can attain technological breakthrough without steady electricity. Poor power supply encumbers economic growth, retards industrial progress and beclouds all forms of academic activity both on the part of the students, researchers and teachers.
Lack of electricity is also a potent threat to lives and properties. Three people were roasted alive in Lagos two days ago when their fuel-laden bus burst into flames. Buildings get burned when fuel is stored inside but who is to blame? Why do we have to store fuel in our homes if there is constant electricity?
The citizens’ welfare depends largely on availability of constant power supply. Nigerians are not so happy today because they are made to face heat in the night as fuel shortage coincided with a near total blackout. Fuel is currently selling between N130 and N200.
In conclusion, FG must go back to the drawing board to evolve a foolproof security system for power installations and to fish out saboteurs among the DISCOS. Consumers must have access to meters without tears. Crazy bills must stop.

Three Reasons Why Men Pull Away in Relationships

black-man-frustrated-with-woman-blacklovefourm.com_

Your relationship was going so great and suddenly it seems like you’re alone in it. You don’t know what you did wrong. Here is a list of things that could be causing him to pull away from you and what you can do about it.
He loves the chase
Whether consciously or subconsciously, many men love the steps leading up to a relationship: catching a girl’s attention, winning her over, etc. But once she starts to have interest, he loses interest in her. This doesn’t necessarily mean the guy is shallow and just interested in games; but it could mean that you based your relationship around building interest in the chase instead of building interest in you.
When you start dating, make sure you let him in on what an awesome person you are so that he knows he’s attracted to you and not to the chase.
You’re being too clingy
Of course you’re going to get pretty attached to your guy, but being overly attached can hurt your relationship. He needs to have space to breathe, to be himself. Not only that, but he needs to know that you’re a high-value woman who doesn’t need him in order to be secure. That’s the kind of person he wants to be with.
His life is stressful
Sometimes the reason he is pulling away has nothing to do with you. He may be overwhelmed with family or work issues that are preoccupying him and causing him to become distant.
In this case, it can be good to give him some space so that he can deal with these challenges. However, don’t get too far. Make sure he knows that you are there to support him in whatever way you may be able to. He might need someone to help him with smaller tasks or someone to listen as he vents his struggles. You can also do small acts of service for him to help his days be better.
You may need to be OK with carrying the bulk of your relationship on your shoulders for a time. However, if this lasts a long time, you should consider the fact that this could be more permanent than a phase, and it’s not healthy for you to continually be contributing to the relationship without getting anything back.

Disgraced Sunderland's Adam Johnson had a hardcore porn app on his phone and sent x-rated pics of women he'd slept with to his teammates

Disgraced Pedophile footballer Adam Johnson was so obsessed with porn, he had a hardcore porn app on his phone and usually watched porn videos in the dressing room. He was also said to be into younger women.

According to a report by The Sun, Johnson, apart from constantly watching videos on the porn app, usually shared x-rated images of women he had cheated on his partner with to his teammates, who were left stunned by his constant cheating habits.

When a naked picture of his 'groin area' was found on his phone. He insisted it was for his doctor.

The ex-Sunderland and England footballer is facing a lengthy prison sentence at the end of his month after he was found guilty of kissing, grooming and having sexual activity with a 15 year old girl.

His ex-partner and mother of his child, Stacey Flounders has broken up with the footballer and her father Gary Flounders says she won't be getting back with the footballer as he flew from his base in America to England to come and be by his daughter's side during this trying period.

Gary exclusively told The Sun today: "There's no way back. She's gone now."

The judge told Johnson 'You must understand that when you return here at the end of March you will receive a substantial prison sentence.'

A relative told MailOnline: 'I feel so sorry for Stacey. She is a new mum and having a lot to cope with at the moment. Her grandad is also ill.'

'Before Adam, Stacey had her own life, she was an air hostess and had a car. She likes her designer shoes and handbags. She is a stunning girl.
'She liked her holidays, she saved up to go to Mexico and her dad lives in Florida so she would go and see him.
'She must have been really smitten with Adam because I've seen her have boyfriends before but I didn't expect her to settle down so soon. I was shocked to hear she was pregnant.'

$20 billion idling away in Private Nigerian’s Domiciliary Accounts – CBN

one-billion-dollars

The Central Bank Governor, Godwin Emefiele has made an astonishing disclosure indicating that the whopping sum of $20 billion is laying idle in the accounts of some private Nigerians.
The News Nigeria reports
According to him, over $20 billion is sitting pretty in domiciliary accounts of private individuals at a time when the country is facing foreign exchange crisis and is chasing foreign loans, when its citizens could offer the loan.
The figure of idle dollars is $7.8 billion less than the entire national reserve of $27.8 billion, managed by the Central Bank.
Emefiele’s disclosure, via proxy, was made at a session of the joint committee on appropriation of the National Assembly.
Represented by the Deputy Governor in charge of Financial System Surveillance, Mr. Joseph Nnanna, Emefiele said keeping the huge volume of dollars idle had compounded the forex crisis confronting the country.
“As I’m talking to you, $20billion is in various domiciliary accounts of individuals. Naira is our currency, why are they keeping the foreign currency? From my experience in the international finance, I have never seen a country where its nationals speculate on its currency,” he said.

Condoms Condoms
(Hercampus)

These 10 interesting facts about condom history will surprise you.
1. The condom is not a new invention: The oldest known claim to the use of condoms was actually part of a cave painting in France. The paintings in this cave are estimated to be between 12,000 and 15,000 years old.
2. Condoms have not always covered the whole penis: Before the 15th century, Chinese men placed bits of oiled silk paper over their glans only and men from Japan use something called a "tortoise shell caps."
3. The first large-scale case of condom use occurred in the 16th century : A man named Gabriele Fallopio invented condom that you had to tie to the penis. He tested this by wearing it for men and asking them to have sex with women who had Syphilis. He claimed then men did not contract the disease.
4. The average condom can hold as much as a gallon of liquid: So a guy does not have to worry about it being unable to hold all his sperm.
5. Condoms do not hinder a guy's pleasure: There are a lot of condoms these days that are guaranteed to give the man as much pleasure as he could have gotten if he went without.
6. The German military was the first to promote condom use among its members: This happened around the 19th century.  In the 20th century, the American armed forces followed suit.
7. Condoms are a girl's secret weapon: When the time is right and you pull out a condom, that shows the guy that you're confident and not afraid to go after what you want.
8. Condoms have set records: Some of them include: Most condoms pulled through the nose at once (3), longest condom chain (25,773 condoms tied together), largest condom mosaic (made using 685 condom packs), and of course, the largest condom (72 feet in length).
9. A lot of people still do not know how to use a condom: There are actually a lot of people that do not know how to use a condom. The phrase "can you reuse a condom" produces more than 130,000 results on Google.
10. People are so afraid of purchasing condoms that they don't want to use them: One of the top reasons people do not use a condom is because they are afraid to run into someone they know while buying it.

Seven mistakes you might be making while using a condom

Avoid these common condom mistakes to make sure you are well protected from all STDs.

Condom mistakes  Condom mistakes
Most men feel very cocky and confident that they know all there is to know when it comes to condom use. While this might be true for some, a lot of men are still making life-risking mistakes when they protect themslves.
It is very pertinent that we all know the right way to use a condom, as using it wrongly will not only bring about unwanted pregnancy, but could cause a host of Sexually Transmitted Diseases, STDs, including HIV.
Avoid these mistakes to make sure you stay protected.
1. Not checking for visible damage. Nearly 75% of people never bother looking for tears or holes -- even if they use their teeth to open the packet (don't!) or snag the condom on their jewelry or fingernails.
2. Not checking the expiration date. Yes, that little date printed on the wrapper is news to 61% of users. Condoms last very long - up to 5 years for plain ones, though only 2 years or so for those with a spermicide, which gradually breaks down the latex. If a condom is sticky or brittle, toss it.

3. Putting it on late in the action. About 43% of students in a sex-behavior study donned the condom after penetration had already occurred. Presumably they didn't know that some sperm can be released before the final fireworks, posing pregnancy and STD risks.
4. Not leaving room at the top. It's apparently news to four out of 10 condom users that before putting it on, you need to gently squeeze the tip of the condom to remove any trapped air and leave space for the sperm. Otherwise, the condom's more likely to break.
5. Putting it on wrong. Don't you hate when that happens? About 30% of people put it on inside out and don't realize that an inside-out condom is more likely to slip off. The safest thing to do? Start with a new one. The right way: The condom should look a little like a ski cap with the bottom edges rolled up (not under). The cap should fit over the penis so that the brim unrolls easily down the shaft.
6. Slipping off during sex. To find a good fit, buy a variety of styles and sizes (there really aren't that many choices) and try them at leisure. Remember, natural lambskin sounds nice and can prevent pregnancy, but it doesn't protect against the viruses that cause AIDS, hepatitis, and herpes. Only latex can do that.
7. Taking the condom off too soon. Not a good idea. For the 15% of men who report doing this, losing an erection is a big reason. But erections can come and go during sex; besides, ejaculation can occur without an erection, bringing with it all the risks of pregnancy and STDs.

Sexual Health: 2 big mistakes you are making after having sex

Do you know you might be making some mistakes after sex that could mess with your sexual health?

Sex  Maintaining sex health

There are a lot of tips on how to prepare for sex and how to have sex, but do you know you might be making some mistakes after sex that could mess with your sexual health?

See 2 big ones below;

Not urinating afterwards:

Did you know that relieving yourself after sex can help you prevent developing a urinary tract infection? We are not saying that you rush into the bathroom right after the act and not remain in bed to cuddle with your partner. But holding your pee for too long after sex can do you more harm than good.

Failure to maintain hygiene:

No matter how tired you feel after a steamy sex session, don’t forget to wash yourself. Leftover lube, sweat and/or bodily fluids can cause genital infections which might force you to avoid having sex for a long time.
