European giants are ready to wrestle Man United for influential midfield ace

MANCHESTER UNITED could face a huge summer battle to sign Mexico starlet Hirving Lozano.

Spanish media outlet Don Balon claim five clubs, including United, are closely monitoring the Pachuca starlet.
Lozano, 20, is reportedly being tracked by PSV Eindhoven, Schalke, Porto, Real Madrid and the Red Devils.

Club president Jesus Martinez revealed last week that Louis van Gaal’s staff have been scouting Lozano, who is also known as Chucky.
Martinez said: “Their scout has been coming here to do special reports on our players but especially Chucky.
“We would love it if he had to go that it would be to a team like Manchester United or Porto.”

Lozano has been capped twice by Mexico and United are expected to strengthen their attacking options in the summer.
Since breaking into the Pachuca first team he has made 79 appearances, scoring 19 goals.
It's understood the Premier League giants are also eyeing Erick Pizarro and Rodolfo Gutierrez from the Mexican outfit.
