Why Elton John won't let his two sons inherit hi $400 million fortune.

Elton John's sons, Zachary, 5, and three-year-old Elijah are the apples of his eye, but the star has revealed that when it comes time to divide up his estimated $400 million fortune, the boys will only inherit a small portion of the wealth. Elton and his husband David Furnish want to ensure that their sons know the value of hard work and don't want them to take anything for granted.
Speaking with the Mirror, the singer stated, "Having children changed everything about my life. I've learned that the simplest things in life, like having a minute with them, are worth more than any painting, any photograph, any house or hit record."
Limited time offer Sky Sir Elton John will only leave a portion of his fortune to Zachary and Elijah
"Before we had the children we just had our lives and we would spend money because we didn't have anything else to focus on. We have really toned things down because we have enough stuff. There is nothing else we need."
He continued: "Of course I want to leave my boys in a very sound financial state. But it's terrible to give kids a silver spoon. It ruins their life.
"Listen, the boys live the most incredible lives, they're not normal kids, and I'm not pretending they are. But you have to have some semblance of normality, some respect for money, some respect for work.
"… They have to do chores in the house – take their plates to be cleaned, help in the kitchen, tidy their rooms and help in the garden, and each time they do they get a little star to put on these charts they've made. They understand they need to do these things, and they enjoy it."
Elton and David are keen to instill the value of hard work in their boys David, meanwhile, revealed that the couple have been inspired by American business magnate Warren Buffett, who is leaving half his $100 billion fortune to charity.
"Warren Buffet, the third wealthiest man in America, has a really cool model in that he leaves his children enough money so that they have a house, a car and all their basic needs covered and cared for so they never need worry. But it's not crazy, silly, go-wild money so that they could be buying Picassos or private jets," he explained. "Anything beyond the basic, they have to go out and earn it themselves.
"If they want a Picasso, they have to go out and earn it. I think there's real sensibility in that.
"The greatest joys, everything Elton and I have created, have come from hard work and that's where your self-esteem comes from."

Authority: the select few have it and the rest of you bow down to it
You have to admit that every one of you have an authority figure that tells you what to do, where to go, how to dress and how to think.
And you hate it; you want to do something about it, you want to challenge that authority, but you do not.
You do not because you are afraid. That fear is not a bad thing; that fear helps you keep things in place. Nature has put that fear in you so that everybody will know his place in life

I Want To Stay Muslim and Married – Ese tells #FreeEse campaigners

niqab4

17 year old Ese Oruru has said that she wants to remain a Muslim and married to her 18 year old lover, Yunusa.
In an interrogation with Kano police, she said, “My name is Aisha Chuwas. I am 17-year-old. I came here to be a Muslim and I will stay here.”
There had been wide outrage over the case of Ese who was reportedly abducted from her family in Bayelsa and forced to convert to Islam.
A human rights lawyer, Huwaila Mohammed, who interrogated both Aisha and the lover, Yunusa said, “I was there to protect her rights. When I approached her initially, she refused to talk to me. Later she opened up to me.
“She is very defiant. She told me she was born in February 1999. I personally wanted her to reunite with her family, but surprisingly she asked me to tell her mother that she will never return to Bayelsa.
About her interaction with Yunusa, she said, “I was surprised when I saw a very small boy. He is just 18-year old. I was enraged thinking that it was an old man involved in the saga. From the way I see it, they eloped not because of religion but love,” she said.

Five Main Reasons Women Have Sex

sex

Women have sex when they want, unlike men that have sex whenever they can. From confessions I have gathered, it emerges that women have sex for physical, emotional and material reasons; to boost their self-esteem, to keep their lovers, or because they are raped or coerced, and this one just to say ‘I did it’.
Pity patter sex
Women may sometimes give in to sex for this simple reason; after all, we are women with maternal instincts. Women have confirmed over and again to have had sex with men just because they felt sorry for them. According to one, she had been dating a guy over two years and he had been pleading with her all through. One day, she said she took pity on him and agreed. However, he was out of the door as soon as he could pull his pants up (just like a dog).
Here is an advice, girls: have sex because you want to and not because you feel pressured to, or are sorry for the guy (if he doesn’t have blue eyes then I don’t see why you cannot stay away). That way, should things go sour, you can hold your head up, look the loser in the eye and say: “gerrarahere for real men! you fall me, I fall you, no big deal!”
Sex for marriage sake
This is very different from marital sex. This is simply sex to negotiate for marriage. Some ladies believe that having sex with a guy will provide them the opportunity to show the guys and convince them that they are good and suitable for each other.
To add insult to injury, some of these ladies are prepared to play little housewife roles, they go over to the guys’ apartments for chores and even wash their dirty under wears and clothes. Some even cook with their own money to convince the guys that they can support the union financially too. My little sister gave me a gist about one of her friends who played house help for someone she called her fiancé for almost four years, refusing to heed everyone’s warning and yes, as you guessed–she got jilted.
Back for ground, just give me what I want
What came to your mind is prostitution, yes? Just as the phrase imply, this is when you use what you have to get what you want. For women, sex has become a super power (well, the fellas caused this one, acting all thirsty all the time) so they use it to manipulate, not just for monetary gains also to make boys be their hand bag, pay for their food (that they can pay for o) and yes, open the car door for them, to get jobs, promotions, or even maintain status as the case might be.
Many men, both high and low have been known to succumb to the aura of this potent natural endowment. Many women have perfected the art of using their gifts from mother nature to get what they want through intense manipulation and negotiation.
Sex for cure
Then there is sex to feel better. Women use sex to cure their migraines. This is explained by the release of endormorphins during sex – they are a pain reliever. Sex can even help relieve period pains. To be honest, rather than down pills, why not get some? Doctor’s prescription!
Do me, I do you sex
Aka revenge sex. This is common with women who have been hurt and who want to get their pound of flesh. Often, a wife might cheat on her cheating husband just to get back at him and probably make him feel the way she felt. It could also be to get back at a partner who has neglected them. Again, she might have sex to reassure herself that she is still pretty and desirable by men after she’d been jilted by one, or to simply walk out of an existing relationship. Revenge sex may sometimes take a bizarre twist, depending on motive and individual.
People that have sex just to hurt their partners seem dumb to me, because most times he might not even care because he has outnumbered you without you knowing. So darlings, stick to having sex because YOU want to.

bullet-crime-scene-graphic

A middle aged man identified as Echeno Adakole yesterday threw the people of Obaganya community, a suburb in Otukpo Local Government Area of Benue State, into sorrow and gloom as he beheaded his 50-year-old step-mother, Titi Enokela.
The alleged was reported to have laid ambush for his stepmother at a family farm settlement. He was reported to have hit her on the head with a piece of wood an thereafter cut her head off for ritual purpose.
He proceeded to wrap the dead woman’s head in her clothes and put it in a polythene bag.
Mourning family members reported that “family members noticed that the woman had not returned from the farm and it was getting dark. Her children and other family members went looking for her; they found her headless body tucked away in a corner of the family farm.
“They all raced back home wailing and crying for help, only to discover the severed head of the woman with her step-son, who was acting strange and making moves to flee from home.”
The family source added that upon discovering the head, a mob quickly materialised with the aim of lynching the accused but the prompt response of the police avoided that.
Adding that; “As a result of tension in the community, the Police Area Command hurriedly moved the suspect out of the area to the State Command Headquarters in Makurdi,”.
The State Police Public Relations Officer, ASP Moses Yamu, when contacted confirmed the story, he added that the state Police Command was still actively investigating the matter.

I’d rather have Messi’s left foot than Ronaldo’s right – Neymar

I’d rather have Messi’s left foot than Ronaldo’s right – NeymarNeymar has joked he would rather have Barcelona team-mate Lionel Messi’s left leg than Real Madrid rival Cristiano Ronaldo’s right.
In a light-hearted exchange with UOL’s Mauro Beting, Neymar tackled several subjects including, unsurprisingly, the long-standing debate surrounding Messi and Ronaldo.
But Neymar cheekily suggested he would rather Messi’s left peg than Ronaldo’s right.
“I’d take Messi’s left foot, with all due respect to Cristiano, because my right foot is pretty handy too,” Neymar said, via Marca.
And to add further insult, Neymar, when asked who he would rather beat between Real Madrid and Manchester City, said: “I prefer beating Real Madrid to Manchester City.”

Neymar was also asked to compare team-mate Messi to Brazilian great Pele – a player the 24-year-old himself has been compared to countless times – but said it was a hard judgment to make given he never saw Pele live.
“Unfortunately I never saw Pele play,” he said,
“What I know of him is through my grandfather, my dad’s dad, who used to talk to me and tell me about how he played. It’s a difficult question for me, because I’ve seen Messi play and have had the chance to play alongside him. They’re both geniuses, though.”

The Brazil international also said he preferred the Champions League to South America’s Copa Libertadores.
“The Libertadores is sensational but the Champions League… The first time I heard the anthem was a really special feeling,” he said as reported in AS.
“It’s like being in a video game; it’s living the dream of every child. That’s why I’m picking the Champions League.”

Okorocha suggests alternative to N5,000 for youths

Governor Rochas Okorocha
Imo State Governor Rochas Okorocha on Monday suggested an alternative way of assisting the youths and the downtrodden instead of giving them N5000 stipends to unemployed Nigerian youths.
According to him, giving physical cash was not necessary.
Speaking to State House Correspondents after a private meeting with the Vice President Yemi Osinbajo at the presidential villa, in Abuja, the governor said that giving the money may create more problems than anyone could think of.
According to him, it may lead to marrying a harem of women as wives and increased intake of alcoholic drinks.
He said that it would have been a great idea to pay the money but, there are many other ways to redeem the pledge.
“To be honest with you, it is a great idea, but there are many ways to give that support. Sometimes it could be in cash which has its negative challenges. Handling of that is also in itself a wonderful and great idea. Take for instance, in Imo State now, they used to do what they called empowerment. They buy motorcycles and give people N5,000 or N10,000, for me that is not my style.

“My style is to declare free education, from primary, secondary to university. Nobody pays one naira in Imo state. The very poor people who have to ensure a lot of social inconveniences of school fees are no longer doing that. What has happened is that she has saved that money to produce further wealth.
“So, if you keep money through that system, it creates more impact than physical cash. Physical cash sometimes ends up in taking of beer and increasing number of wives. Physical cash sometimes creates more problems, so it is great idea, we have to do it one way or the other as time comes.”
Speaking on the anti-corruption war of President Buhari, Okorocha said that the fight was paying off.

“We need to deal with this issue of corruption. The awareness is enough now, and people are conscious of the fact that, corruption is not good for our nation. And I will say that it is the right move in the right direction and it will help the future direction of Nigerians and people must see public funds as public fund. So far, so good, we are not there yet, but I believe we will get there,” he said.
Asked if the president was getting the required support, he said “Yes, it is something endemic and has been there for so long. As he opens one door another is opened. The whole thing is quiet enormous. The legal process is one thing again because, the rule of law, justice, fairness, fair hearing and all that are the challenges of getting things done.”
