The Supreme Court on Tuesday dismissed the appeal filed by James Faleke against governor Yahaya Bello.
The court therefore validated the judgments of the lower courts.
In the lead judgment read by Kudirat Justice Kekere-Ekun, the court dismissed the case saying it lacked merit.
In a similar judgment, Justice Sylvester Nwali Ngwuta dismissed the appeal filed by Captain Idris Wada.
